bag filter

Bag filters can be installed individually or be part of a complete suction system.

Generally a bag filter is a cylindrical or rectangular body. In the upper part (clean air) is the accumulator with the solenoid valves, the flutes or air injectors and also the filtered air outlet through the sleeves. The lower part (dirty air) houses the sleeves that cover the cages and the dust air inlet.

A lower hopper is often incorporated where the powders captured in the bags are decanted, and an airlock that removes the decanted material to its final destination.
