Micro-dosing of concealers
We present our modular concealer micro-dosing system made entirely of stainless steel.
The use of dosage of correctors facilitates the dynamics of feed factories and ensures optimal distribution in the final mixture of those ingredients that enter in reduced quantities. There are two types of concealer dosage: the macro-doser and the micro-doser.
Constructively, the micro-dosing equipment is made up of a battery of silos whose number varies and incorporates a removing drawer at the bottom of each of them.
The agitator is activated through a mechanism driven by sprockets and chain that takes the rotation movement of the axis of the endless thread each time it is activated.
