Counter-flow cooler

Made of stainless steel with 45º corners, which prevents product from sticking to them. Reinforced polycarbonate access door and adjustable maximum security sensors, locking system on the entrance door.
It allows a large cooling capacity with reduced air consumption in a compact size.

Main features:
-Cooler emptying by means of a sliding blade dosing skimmer actuated by a pneumatic cylinder and electronic limit switches for flow regulation.
-Automatic emptying system.
-Internal distributor made of stainless steel to level the product.
-Upper anti-fire flap with temperature probes.
-Granule entry through a complete stainless steel alveolar valve with gear motor.
-Granule distributor-leveler system, increasing its efficiency and homogenization of the product.
